This bag turned out so cute and she was so proud. She learned quite a few techniques with this project. It has ruffled trim that is set in a curve so that the top two layers kind of criss-cross. The bag is boxy on the bottom so she learned how to do that, and the bag is lined so there is another lesson. Oh, and top-stitching around the top of the bag! That can be tedious with so many layers of fabric, but she is getting very good!
Here we go again!! Same pattern but made with the fabric we bought while in Little Rock. She's on a roll!!
